PEER SUPPORT, COMMUNITY CARE+ SEL EDUCATION IN INSTITUTIONS

We have partnered with recovery groups to help bring a new way of thinking about recovery to community members seeking support from ACEs.

POLICY CHANGE

Our organization is committed to promoting equitable arts education that is trauma-informed and culturally, socially, and emotionally literate. We believe that such education can be transformative and work with the community to advocate for policy and procedural changes in the educational system that prioritize the needs of individuals with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). We challenge outdated thinking that perpetuates the school-to-prison pipeline and strive to create positive and inclusive change in education that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

We partner and collaborate with organizations like ArtsEd Washington who fight for equitable arts education in Washington state.
